Refund policy
Here at Norvoch, we don't accept refunds. If there is any damage to the items you have received, regardless of the reason, please notify us, and we will replace them as soon as possible.
Any damaged items must be returned, and we will happily replace them. Click here to access our Replacement Request Form.
In the interest of health and safety, we only accept returns on damaged or faulty products. Please sterilize the items before shipping them back to us.
Please keep in mind that we only provide shipping labels for replacements if there is a manufacturing error. There are no exchanges or returns on the displays.
